Creative Team Assistant
You join us on shoots, help come up with ideas for clients and pick up the camera when needed. We are looking for someone who wants to get things done and grow with us.

We are growing and looking for someone who does not stick to a single role. One day you travel with us to a client in another city, another day you work on next month’s content plan, and when needed you edit a short video yourself. We are not after a seasoned expert, nor an intern who needs hand-holding. We want someone with energy and a fresh perspective who brings their own ideas, learns on the go and takes on more over time. Your pay grows along with that.
What you do
- You join us on shoots, including in other cities: helping with gear, the day plan and the people in front of the camera
- You brainstorm content ideas and strategy for clients with us
- When needed, you grab a camera or phone and shoot on your own
- Now and then you edit a short video
- You talk to clients and make sure the shoot runs smoothly
Who we are looking for
- You take initiative: you see what needs doing and you do it
- You are not afraid to talk to people or step behind the camera
- You know social media from the inside and sense what works in short video today
- You can travel for a shoot outside Warsaw, sometimes for a full day
- Basic editing or filming skills are a big plus
