Terms of providing electronic services on pixelorestudio.com.

  • User: anyone using the Website.
  • These Terms set out the rules for using the Website and the type and scope of services provided electronically.

§2. Type and scope of services

  • Free access to the content and materials presented on the Website (information about services, projects, articles, the interactive module).
  • A contact form for sending an enquiry to the provider.
  • The Website does not sell online or process payments - it is the studio’s showcase.

§3. Technical requirements

  • A device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled.
  • A valid e-mail address to use the contact form.
  • Security elements (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile) may be required for the form protection to work.

§4. Rules of use

  • The User must not provide any unlawful content.
  • The Website must be used in accordance with the law, good practice and these Terms, and in a way that does not disrupt its operation.

  • The provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons; the current version is always available on the Website with the update date.
  • A consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the European Commission ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
